I think the significant lithium deposits in Ukraine's Donbas and Luhansk regions have been overlooked in the US Geographical Survey and your analysis. There are some excellent sources on line regarding the priceless mineral deposits of rare earths and other minerals in the contested areas Russia illegally annexed and pretends is theirs. Misha Glenny did a great Podcast for BBC on this topic. EV are also not sustainable without full and expandable renewable energy available. The closest any country is to 100 %, but still only at 98%, is Norway. And even there emissions have not significantly reduced even after the fastest change over to EV in the world, which is apparently due to the "Rebound Effect". EVs are unfortunately one of the biggest public climate change frauds the world has seen lately.
